“Coaching is the universal language of change and learning”

My Story

Prior to my journey as a coach and therapist , I worked in the legal sector for over a decade. Despite the satisfaction that my work gave me deep down something was still missing…I just couldn’t put my finger on what it was. I threw myself into my work in the hope that all the long hours and toil will one day lead me to some imagined epiphany that will fill the growing void inside.

Over time, I began to believe that this was the only path for me to take. After all, I had invested so much of my life into this career. But I was wrong.

Chasing a mirage of fulfillment in a job that did not align with who I was at my core is no way to make the most of this wonderful gift of life that we have all been given. Fortunately, with the help of some wonderful people along the way, I came to this realisation. It was truly a blessing to understand that there was more to life than just work.

This gift of understanding is a gift that I now hope to share with you.

My life-changing moment arrived when I found myself facing a metaphorical shotgun. I was pushing myself to the limit mentally and physically, but I had no idea what I was subjecting my mind and body to. As a result, my immune system began to fail, ultimately leading me to a life-threatening illness.

For a year, I underwent rigorous treatment, fighting tooth and nail to overcome the obstacles that lay ahead. It was only through sheer willpower and the unwavering belief in hope that I am here today.

Transformational changes often occur when we find ourselves in the midst of darkness.

Personally, I believe that the changes in my life had to happen when I was most vulnerable, consumed by fear of the unknown. It was during these dark moments that I found it easiest to surrender to the changes taking place within me.

Seeds of transformation were being planted deep within me, but I couldn't recognise them, let alone uproot them. The writing was on the wall, yet I was unable to erase it. The path to change was being laid out for me, and I couldn't ignore it.

It was in this state of vulnerability that I was unable to sabotage myself. The darkness allowed me to face my fears and embrace the changes happening within me. Indeed, it all had to happen in the dark.

With my own journey as a source of confidence, I am here to hold space and guide you in living authentically. Together, we will navigate the path of self-discovery, and I will provide unwavering support through any challenges you encounter.

Life is a journey, not a destination.
